I help people of all ages and ability levels, who are sick of cliche, prepackaged health and wellness advice, overcome obstacles and establish practices by providing real world coaching, training and strategies.
My Philosophy
My coaching and training philosophy is deeply embedded in the mythology of the Phoenix. The Phoenix is a mythical bird that symbolizes renewal, rebirth, and strength. Just as the Phoenix emerges from its own ashes, so too can you. I believe in developing relationships by coaching from the inside out. It is my goal to influence the human being within the athlete. My style of coaching is transformational, not transactional, through functional and progressive methods. I work with my clients to develop a customized, functional training plan that suits them specifically, their goals, and their time constraints. Together, we will work through obstacles and plateaus on your way to realizing the strongest and most authentic version of YOU.
